OsamTech is a SaaS platform offering ready-made website products (school/coaching, hospital management, gym, social media, ecommerce, news/blog) alongside hosted developer services like OsamStorage (image/video/PDF storage with automatic WebP/HLS conversion), WebRTC and RTMP streaming, and email/WhatsApp automation.
All our products are offered on a monthly subscription basis. This allows you to use powerful platforms without any heavy upfront cost.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
Yes. You must be logged in (via Google or email OTP) before you can purchase any product or subscribe to any service. This lets us keep a record of your orders, send you invoices, and let you manage everything from your Profile page.
Every hosted service starts with a free trial period (shown on the plan card). Autopay is set up at signup so billing starts automatically once the trial ends, at the monthly price shown — no manual renewal needed. You can turn autopay off at any time from your Profile.
Website products (like Golden-Dove or Green-Dove) are a one-time payment for the template/build. Hosted services (storage, WebRTC, RTMP, email/WhatsApp automation, and multi-tenant site rentals) are monthly subscriptions with an initial free trial.
Yes. Open Profile → Service Subscriptions, or the order's detail page, and use the Autopay toggle. Turning it off stops future automatic charges; you can turn it back on any time before the next billing cycle.
Every order — product or service — has a "Download Invoice" button on your Profile page and on that order's detail page. It generates a PDF invoice with the amount, date, and status.
Once your payment is confirmed, point your domain's DNS A record to 72.61.237.89. You'll see this instruction on your order confirmation email and on the order's detail page in your Profile.
OsamStorage is our media storage API — install it with `npm i osamstorage`, and every image you upload is automatically converted to WebP and every video to HLS (.m3u8) for fast delivery, with no processing code required on your end.
Yes. Pricing is shown in USD or INR automatically based on your location, and all products and services are available internationally.

Price changes apply to new orders and future billing cycles going forward — they never change what you already paid for a completed order. Your invoice always reflects the price at the time you purchased.
Your payment and trial are still recorded and valid — our team is automatically notified of any provisioning issue and will follow up to get your service active, so you're never charged without receiving the service.
Yes — go to Profile → Edit Profile to update your display name and upload a new profile photo.
All payments are processed through Razorpay; OsamTech never stores your card or bank details directly.
