If you've subscribed to one of OsamTech's hosted services — storage, WebRTC, RTMP, or email/WhatsApp automation — you've noticed the pricing model is a little different from a typical SaaS: every service starts with a free trial period, and autopay is set up from day one so billing starts automatically the moment your trial ends.
This means no manual renewal step, no risk of your service silently expiring because you forgot to pay — but it also means you're in control. You can turn autopay off at any time from your Profile page, and the change takes effect before your next billing cycle.
Every charge — trial start, first payment, and every renewal after — is emailed to you and logged on your order's detail page, along with a downloadable invoice.
